My Story
I have been a chef now for over 5 years with my own Street Food company and Private Chefing. I trained at Bishop Auckland College and specialise in using local, seasonal produce.
My business has taken me to different places like catering a wedding in a cave, to cooking for 7000 people at a festival and cooking in picturesque locations.
I took my other business to The British Street Food Awards and made it all the way to the final. Sadly I didn’t win, but I got to go on TV twice – Sunday Brunch and Steph’s Packed Lunch. I also won NEOA’s Caterer of the Year 2023.
I have cooked for celebrities like Corey Taylor, Sam Ryder and Rosemary Shrager.
My typical day involves cooking for clients whether they are on holiday, meal prepping or hosting a party in houses across the North of England. These can be more formal fine dining or family style meals in the middle of the table.
I have cultivated strong relationships with farmers and work closely with small local suppliers, allowing me to handpick the produce to ensure it has the best quality ingredients.
I now work exclusively with clients to offer a private dining experience.
