The Steps

Initial Consultation

This can be by email, Whatsapp or call.

You will discuss the event and what menu you may like

Jessie will guide you through the process and take some information and discuss the pricing with you

Securing The Event

A 50% deposit is taken to secure the date with the remainder due 2 weeks before.

Before the event

If the menu hasn't been finalised then this needs to be done 2 weeks prior to the event (unless multi day hire or meal prep).

Jessie will confirm everything with you and advise what time she will arrive

On The Day

Jessie will turn up 1 hour to 1.30 minutes before the service time.

You may set up the table with any decorations you have

Relax and enjoy your event, Jessie will leave everything clean for you afterwards

Where do I travel?

I travel up to 2 hours from Bishop Auckland or further for Weddings and Multi Day hire.

Popular areas are: Newcastle, York, North Yorkshire, The Lake District, Manchester, Northumberland, Scottish Borders, Leeds

Terms and Conditions

All bookings and services provided by Chef Jessie G are subject to the Terms and Conditions described below. By booking with Chef Jessie G, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
All guests (excluding those with allergies or specific dietary requirements) must select the same menu choices, unless agreed in advance.
Jessie will travel a maximum of a 2 hour radius from Bishop Auckland (popular areas include The Lake District, Northumberland and Whitby).
Price starts from £55pp for family style and £65pp for sit down meal. All quotes are bespoke to factor in preparation time, travel time and other staff required.
The menu is based on a minimum of 6 guests. There is no maximum number of guests. A smaller gathering of under 6 guests is possible but is subject to a minimum booking fee.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the booking date.
Cancellations made 4 weeks prior or longer will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee.
Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee (please note that if only the 50% deposit has been paid, then no refund will be due).
Cancellations made within 2 weeks are non-refundable.
Jessie will typically arrive 1-2 hours before guests arrive to set up the table and kitchen, so please ensure that access to the property is provided.
All ingredients are sourced by Jessie.
Minimal food preparation will be done in your kitchen. However, some free space in the fridge and freezer may be required.
Jessie will cook in the property using the utensils and equipment in the property. All menus are served on the crockery at the property.
You can sit back and enjoy a unique meal with your friends and family. Jessie will take care of the clean up, leaving your kitchen spotless at the end of the evening.
Jessie can recommend tablescape companies and beauty therapists. Please do get in touch if you require an additional service. Jessie does not receive any commission or monetary incentive from this.
Wine pairing can be added for an additional fee.
